And what we actually wanted to talk about was, wait for it, religious trauma.

Everyone was surprised by that.
I think a lot of people are starting to realize the similarities between religious abuse and narcissistic abuse, and a lot of people are deconstructing, figuring out what they want to believe and realizing how unhealthy these systems were.
We also want to make sure that we're being a platform to recognize that religious abuse is abuse and it is trauma.
So if you are going to therapy or seeking therapy and you are being minimized there, make sure you find someone else that recognizes it or... and, and at least understands what you're going through there.
Yeah.
And that's a, that's a great jumping off point for where I wanted to start because, uh, religious trauma, yes, there is an uptick, uh, of people recognizing it, and there's all these, um, great deconstruction creators out there-

... that are dismantling all of these things, podcasts like ours, you know, TikTok creators.
So there is an uptick, but I still do think that religious abuse is minimized overall, especially compared to other types of abuse.
Mm-hmm.
And it really shouldn't be.

Because, um, it is, it is a thing and-

it actually overlaps with like C-PTSD.
Well, I think the, the spheres that it's being recognized in is only from people who are leaving the church.
Yeah.
I think the dismissive attitudes-
