And this is, uh, almost kinda why I thought, um, I, I'm a little surprised that they worked it out.
You know, it would've taken a lot longer under normal circumstances, but there's nothing normal about the political environment that we're in now.
You know, I'm waiting for the fire sale on elements of it because, because there's not only the, the cost of ownership, the cost of purchase, but the cost of continued, continuous ma- maintenance of it.
And, uh, I'm, I'm, I'm thinking they've got all the pieces there on the table, and they're looking at 'em.
You know, the people behind this, the Ellisons, Larry Ellison, David Ellison, his son, um, you know, they're the money.
The, the, the whole thing is basically floating on Larry Ellison's, uh, you know, Oracle for- fortune.
And, um, you know, they are not interested in CNN and a lot of the physical assets.
They really don't care about news, and a lot of these assets are basically window dressing and, and, you know, uh, superfluous.
And anything that is not in that core, I don't, I think they're gonna look to sell.
The question is, you know, you can't sell any news assets i- in this environment without the blessing from, you know, [laughs] the talking orange in the White House.
