So let's talk about leadership out there, right? So what makes a good leader on these jobs or on a crew or in the industry?

Because they're going to be put in positions where it's production, safety, or the manpower, and you can only pick two.

Not, like I said, not naming any names or something, but we've drug jobs because of it in other places, and it is becoming more and more common.

You can say, this is how things need to happen, this is what we're going to do.

And if you are with your buddies, and they back you up, that's a lot easier to do than if you're tramping solo, and everybody else is cool with whatever's going on and you know it's wrong, you're the odd man out.

I think what I value most, say if I'm in a journeyman position, I think what I value most is education and experience with malleability.

A guy who can lead with experience, tell you, hey, I've been here, I've done this.

What are you seeing? What are you seeing from that bucket that I am not seeing right here on the ground? Hey, man, I can do this, this, and this.

And he very well may let you two block yourself and gather a good game plan on the next one.

That's a perfect example because for a lineman such as myself, things I look for in good leadership, like if I'm taking calls as a lineman, that's where I want to be.
