So we'll get back to Alex for this first one and we'll kind of go around the table again, but what, what got you into the trade? Like, how did you start?

So I got my start, uh, I was going to college and then, uh, it was the 2008 housing crash.

So like all the money for college just disappeared overnight.

And I had started a young family and my soon to be wife at the time, her dad was a lineman.

So it was like, Like if you want to be a lineman, here's the path.

It's on you from there.

And then I just chased that as hard as I could.

and these guys are laughing because they hear you talk about it all the time right I've been
