Self-image is such a deep topic because sometimes we think we know who we are, But we're really just operating from like an inherited identity or expectations from our parents or who we think we're supposed to be.

How does someone begin to separate like the inherited identity or some people call it conditioning in the spiritual community? How do we separate the conditioning from the authentic identity?

It's like it first is for you to become one, to become aware that we are wearing the mask.

For example, what I shared, you know, my experience 10 years ago, you know, if there is misalignment, right.

And I think we know like, hey, there's more for my life, but there's something missing.

And maybe someone can experience like, man, I'm living in a wrong movie, right? Like this is not the movie that I came here to live, right? That's a clue, that's for sure a sign, like that person is wearing a mask, right?

Do you ever, this is kind of like a joke or it's not really a joke, but it's real.

Do you hear, since we're both in the spiritual community, you deal with spiritual entrepreneurs.

Someone is, someone is sensing that their potential, there's a mismatch between their potential and like, and like their desired potential, full potential and like what they're actually doing.

I think if when there is a gap, right, that there's a mismatch, right? Like, and when you think about a lot of the times, I'm sure you see in your coaching, right? People who, um, you know, go into the professional career because that's what they, are trained to not necessarily what they're called for what they love to do.

But they, you know, their parents were, for example, they're, you know, physicians, and then, you know, it's like generation after generation, like the kids end up being a physician, right? Not just being, you know, in a health career, but lawyers, you know, like, and we're programmed, right? And not because that person feels passionate and called to do it, but it's because that's what they're programmed to.

And that what, who, you know, was the example, right? For their, while they're growing up.

You shared a powerful moment with us about like how you were crying that one day, like you were sobbing and then you had some understanding and awareness as to why, I don't know if it was sadness or grief or, or it was, maybe it was just an emotional release and, because you were feeling this gap, this void, right? Like this misalignment.
