Trish HalpinHostLorraine CandyHostSo for this episode, we were gonna have a little chat about supplements and vitamins.
Because this is a big part of midlife, you know, supporting all the stuff that you're already doing.
Um, because Liz Earl, who we've had on, we've had her on two or three times, haven't we, Liz Earl? We are a super fan.
Um, and she said that she really liked The Elevator, and why she liked it was because it combined 23 ingredients in the little sachets, very stylish as well.
And it's got something called Q10, which I've read loads about, which is really good at powering our cell batteries, mitochondria, as we call them.
And Liz says that she gives The Elevator, the Sisterly supplement, to her 80-something mom as well.

Yeah, it's good, isn't it? So I think that's, uh, coenzyme Q10, also known as CoQ10.
