So it was the Venetian Summer Deep Stacks Championship, May 21st through August 2nd, 121 numbered events.
No, uh, my plan was to get over here a bunch, and it's actually something that's really disappointing at, uh, uh, as far as my summer went, was I won my bracelet, so I had to play WSOP events to try to go for player of the year.
Did pretty poorly the rest of the year, so I, I wish I would've come over [laughs] here and seen.
We'll show some, show some big hands that took place at this very table from some of the cash games that were streamed on Venetian Poker Live involving Chino Rheem, Michael Mizrachi.
Uh, we'll, we'll get into it, but let's talk about the Venetian Summer Series, 121 numbered events, 28,595 combined entries, not including satellites.
So that was just the numbered events, not satellites, and just south, $50,000 south of 23 million in prize pools awarded, and it's pretty impressive.
Not bad considering the buy-in, uh, uh, amounts for most of the tournaments were, were not that high, so yeah, pretty impressive stuff.
That's something I actually appreciate about The Venetian, so they send results from all their tournaments-
... and list, you know, the prize pools, the entries, the results, and then it will say if there is an overlay.
