I never actually listened to this podcast, but it was the Diary of a CEO podcast with Stephen Bartlett.

And he interviewed Ed Zitron, who works in PR, has worked in tech for a very long time, has a newsletter.

He is a fan of technology, but he is not a fan of the current big tech giants and how they're framing and investing in generative ai technologies and i think it was just a very very long chat it's like a movie length like two and a half hours so if you've got the time but i would say it's really really interesting to listen to whether you think that there's this massive ai bubble that's going to Burst and open AI and tropic might go under or it's going to affect the economy really negatively.

Like that's like the worst end or you're at the complete other end or somewhere in the middle or the complete other end, which is you think generative AI specifically.

is amazing and of course the productivity games will be seen and i don't know there's a whole new kind of industrial revolution happening the edge of journalism this end he thinks it's all like rubbish and again not to be confused with which i do agree that i think some of these tech giants conflate what ai is and so it's not talking about machine learning or other ai tools which games have been using for a specifically about generative AI and the expected returns on investment.

So Anthropic is expected to say, because it wants to go public... that its total addressable market exceeds $30 trillion.

He uses a lot of data, a lot of context, quotes that people have been saying, like their actual financials, you know, how they never actually say how much money they're actually making from AI.

But the way that they use the term run rate kind of means nothing because they never specify what they're actually talking about.

I highly recommend it, especially if you're a games company using or interested in generative AI.
