I've written my memoir, Ed and I, and working on publishing a self-healing workbook.

It was, it's one thing, I read a lot of self-help books through my recovery process, and it always felt like if you do, like, they make it seem if you do this one thing, everything'll be, you'll be healed.

[laughs] Yeah, so I just wrote a workbook based on my experience and what has helped me at each step, and just focus on the trend of recovery, because it's not like a light s- switch flipping and you go from broken to recovered.

Uh, but yeah, tell me about that memoir, and what was the goal? What would, what did you really wanna get across with that?

Yeah, I just, I would say I wrote it just for that person who's struggling and feels that alone, isolated feeling, and you don't really see the light at the end of the tunnel, even though it's there.
