We have an experience at such a young age, right? I remember stepping off of the bus, putting my feet on these yellow boots, boot marks.
And so that pushing the limitations of what you think you could do from day one is what makes us able to jump into this business arena and know that, yeah, I might be limited in knowledge in this.
But I know that I can push that because I got this as a history, 19, 20, 30 year olds in the common day civilian.
How do I be a good follower? I just want to my head down and do my deal and get my paycheck and then hopefully retire or whatever, which, by the way, is not even there no more.
So we we have this experience at such a young age, whether you're an officer or whether you're enlisted, that leadership and figuring it out and making sure that the mission is accomplished.
I mean, next 100 on time, this, you know, mighty 25, you know, this just killing it because their level of resiliency is way higher than somebody
I'll watch people speak and panelists and this and that on Instagram and this person talking about leadership and success in business.
And the common denominator is, hey, don't ever give up and just make incremental progress.
That was drilled into our heads before we even stepped on the yellow footprints.
