You know, the one I think that really set me in the right direction was somebody had been through, it was used to be bunker labs.

Now it's IVMF.

And I asked if he'd been through it and he's like, yeah, you should do it.

And it will give you actionable stuff.

They merged or some-

They merged with, uh, Syracuse University, the IVMF.

Yes.

Yes.

Yeah.

So I became an ambassador for IVMF.

After a while, you know, it changed so much, I'm just like, "Eh, that's not really what I want to do."

Yeah.

Th- there's a lot of great organizations, and then you get these peer groups.

And there was a group through JPMorgan Chase called CEO Circle and, uh, and Bunker Labs, which now was purchased by IVMF, which is Syracuse University Institute for Veterans and Families.

Yeah.

But I went through that and developed an amazing peer group.

Oh yeah.

IVMF.

You know, Bunker Labs, all that stuff, you know, that joined in with IVF now.

But that's an eco, that's a veteran ecosystem in the business genre that people need to take advantage of because they really do have.

Like when you and I were kids, what the adults were doing was part of the industrial revolution, right? They were starting this manufacturing thing in America.

I just recently had an episode with IVMF out of New York with an initiative they're doing with Micron, where they're putting a hundred billion dollar semiconductor plant in Northern New York.

And like this is a big enough thing where it's not just going to be opportunities for jobs.

It's going to build and change entire towns.
