Annette and Mayte are back with another chaotic week in Nevada politics. This episode covers: \- Las Vegas vs Clark County fire services fight (and the Real Housewives-level drama) \- Raiders…
So Marie and I were just talking about this before we came on the program because there were dueling press... statements, advisories put out today.
Because the county is supposed to be providing certain services in certain areas of the city.
And these are specifically fire services, okay? And so it's in northwest Las Vegas where there's these, like, pockets, these islands where there's overlap between the city and county.
Anyways, there's fighting going on between the county and the city, which is a normal thing.
This was after the city apparently went to the county commission meeting last month, I think it was, or a few weeks ago, and was like, you're not doing your jobs because they're not.
And then the county responded today and the city responded with a statement, but also a video from the mayor.
It's like the rural housewives of Clark County watching the city and county duel.
