so because of that there's not a lot of funding that gets unlocked for heat mitigation and stuff so it's really tricky to get the funding and to convince people to do it or create organizations that will do it from what i understand phoenix and miami are two places or possibly the only two places that have created like heat management offices essentially and so we're trying to do that it's just tricky to again figure out how to fund those organizations so I lean on like we haven't seen it yet.
