Dove, Teal, and an Alligator

Um, but I think it was, I don't remember if it was on the last episode where Matt said that he never, never had been on early teal season hunt before.

Yeah.

And he got to go.

And I'm thrilled.

And I got the picture of what all they killed and everything.

And I want to know how that went because I've been on early teal hunts.

I've never been on a banger.

But I've been on those hunts, and they're always interesting.

For me, it's not quite duck season duck hunting, but it's just a little bit of taste

of it.

So you get to knock the cobwebs off of everything.

Right.

You're exactly right about that.

Yeah.

I did not dove hunt this year and I could tell by my shooting, it was horrendous, but it was fun to be back out there.

Had to take my thermosel with me.

We were up in northeast Arkansas, and I think it served more as an attractant.

They were just like, what else you got? I've never seen mosquitoes like we did.

They were huffing

it.

They were cottonmouth swimming all around us.

Nope.

So just uneasy.

Just everything that you think of an early teal hunt that you hear about, that's what was going on.

Didn't have much of a breeze, so the mosquitoes were just thick right in front of your face.
