So I feel like, especially in the last two years, I want to say, huge, exploded.

It's your ability to communicate your thoughts, your methods, your way of doing things, your beliefs.

I used to call it a brand sandwich, which once again, naming sues, probably not the best, but it's kind of like the brand stack, which is around if you're crafting your personal brand and you want it to have more structure and you want to really kind of be like intentional about it, then it is really saying, okay, this is my professional experience.

It's not the be all and end all, depending on what you're selling and who your audience is.

But because I work with a lot of experts, like they don't talk about what they've done.

And I'm just like, why are you not talking more about that? Because it matters to your audience who are usually more experienced people as well.

And then you've got your personal, which is your beliefs, like the hill that you're willing to die on, the things that you want to talk about, your thought leadership.
