And then I got a message from Lisa Messenger's PR team letting me know that she was gonna be in Melbourne, and so we did this impromptu interview, which I absolutely love.

I had Lisa on the podcast for episode 30, which is all about her origin story, some of the books that she's written, what was happening during The Collective magazine days.

I met one of mine.

I interviewed her on this podcast and she was a legend so i am chatting with lisa messenger today she's an entrepreneur she has published more than 40 books and founded the collective hub which was a absolutely iconic brand back in the mid 2000s so she's spent the last 25 years building and rebuilding businesses and she's been through some serious highs but also some serious lows and I think what I loved about this episode was she was really open about well what were some of those lows what were those big money mistakes she made and I think if especially whether you're in business or you're thinking about starting a side hustle there's a lot you can learn from this episode she was literally someone I could have talked to forever like I was like I want to be your best friend I love you.

But I was also trying to play it quite cool.

Today, I speak with a beautiful friend of mine, Sharon Morrish, who I met last year whilst on an incredible retreat with Lisa Messenger.

Sharon Morrish is a brain aneurysm survivor who was given just a 5% chance of survival, but that is only one chapter in a life defined by resilience, determination, and an unwavering belief that there is always another way.

She has rebuilt her life after a near-death experience and two devastating house fires, all while raising three children, breaking barriers as one of Queensland's youngest female general managers, and building a highly successful construction business alongside her husband for more than 20 years.

And I'm gonna tell our listeners about how we met.

It was quite, quite a funny story.
