So, you know, what's interesting, I do a lot of board retreats, and a lot of the times when boards are in meetings or talking to their executive director, CEO, they always get examples and they get information from staff, it's always positive.

... where the organization actually didn't serve the client, not for a bad reason, just that they failed, right? Didn't work.

... and I think it's really important 'cause you learn from that, and that's how you do better, right? So-

... is there, do you have a story in your background or anywhere where you were like, "This is a client that, like, oh my God, we just didn't serve.

I wish we could've done better," and this has changed how I look at things or whatever.
And by the way, I just affirm the fact, yes, I agree, you need to be honest about things that are not working very well, and just transparency is so key to building trust, right? So if you don't share those hard things too and are transparent about those, then it's difficult to build trust, right?
