Hear from listeners about what they were doing when they were most successful on their diet. Some great tips in this episode. Plus, a frightening conversation about how many weigh-ins until Christmas…
How's September going, Victoria?
I am loving it.
I'm actually really really having a good time yeah really really enjoying it any excuse to get out get some steps in I'm on it although I did have a slight realization last week I took probably about a week or so to really get into the groove of it.
So then when I realised what I'd actually have to do to beat June, it really did shock me quite a lot.
Because I think at one point last week, it was like 12,500 steps a day that I needed to do.
And that does seem quite a lot.
But I've really powered through and I've managed to get that down to 11,500 steps a day now, which does feel doable.
I will talk about a little bit more in my week as we go on.
But yeah, I really am.
I hate it when producer Paul is right, but I am having a great time this month walking.
I don't know if this is him being right.
I think other people suggested it.
Well, it was his idea, though, wasn't it, really?
Nah, I think it's been done a lot over the years, guys, by a lot of people.
I'll take it
back.
I thought I invented walking.
How's it going for you, Paul?
Yeah, loving it.
But I will say that we just discovered the walking pad in our house.
Oh, we need to talk about that
as well.
Yeah.
I've moved it from my wife's leaning on my wife's desk, quite frankly, doing
nothing.
