Um, a lot of times people don't really understand the breadth and depth of the property that's held by the port.

They see a crane, they think it's limited to that, but it's so much more, right?
Um, we do have a tri-parish jurisdiction, so it's in Orleans, Jefferson, and St. Bernard parishes, and we have properties in each of those.
So in Jefferson, we have warehousing in Elmwood, and we also have some properties near the Huey P.
Um, in St. Bernard Parish we have, you know, more than e- 1100 acres of property which will be developed in the future for the Louisiana International Terminal.
Um, and then we have our terminal, which most people think of, which exists on Tchoupitoulas Street, uh, essentially from the Walmart there to up to Children's Hospital.
Um, and then we have property along the Industrial Canal on the Intracoastal Waterway.
So if you're on the high rise and you're looking left to right, um, you're looking at port property.
And we have a pretty diverse portfolio of users out there from, you know, those big aggregate piles you see out there, that's Pontchartrain Materials.
Um, and then we have, um, people like David who, who offer logistic services for our customers, who don't really have a focus, um, like Folgers or Triton Stone, but just offer those logistic services for our customers.

Yeah, David, so to you, when we talk about logistics, um, the port does a really good job of getting all of this stuff here, but then somebody, I guess, has to move it around and get it to the right place, right?

It's a very complex and integrated process that has to work flawlessly with a lot of handoffs.

So if you think of a football game and your quarterback's handing the ball off, you don't wanna fumble.
