Qualified as a hypnotherapist and started to treat people for all kinds of ailments and things.

So everything from smoking to, you know, anxiety all the way through to fears, phobias and all that kind of stuff.

I did a lot of that over time, but I found it was just personally, it was too draining on me.

So I think you have to have a certain personality type to do that work.

and not absorb the energy that comes with it.

Because you have to listen to people's backstory.

You have to have a long conversation with them before you do the hypnosis.

And I did that for a long time, but I stopped doing that a number of years ago.

Now I still work with athletes and business people on their mindset using hypnosis.

And next year, this is the first time I've said this, but next year I'm going to start doing some one-day seminars for the public.

And that will use elements of hypnosis for their mindset.

Really what hypnosis is about is where the struggles lie for all of us are in our subconscious mind.

And every single person listening to this, or the majority of people, don't know how it works.
