Stage hypnosis

For most of us, our experience of hypnotism doesn't go far beyond watching the likes of Paul McKenna on the TV way back in the day, or perhaps seeing your friend doing something mad on stage during Freshers' Week.

Those are examples of stage hypnosis, but it's also used for therapeutic purposes in what is known as hypnotherapy.

For the layperson, the whole area is one that is shrouded in intrigue, suspicion, sometimes controversy.

But it's something I've always been fascinated by at a distance.

That's why I asked when was the last time you've seen one.

Yeah.

Because there's nobody in my mind doing stage hypnosis like in theaters in Ireland.

Like the next stage show that I do, which won't be next year, it'll be the year after, is going to be a full hypnosis act.
