Margot Peer – Wonky in the Right Way Part 2 [NX151]

So then on top of all that then, you did a photo of you crying.

What was it, crying in your bedroom when you were 16? Is that what it's called? Which was a photo of you crying in your bedroom when you were 16, I presume.

Yeah, I just titled it what it was.

But then you made it three foot by four foot.

You put glitches in it.

You put graffiti in it.

You did it in yarn.

Please explain.

Yeah, I did this...

So I had just done the small one, like the cross-stitch one.

And I was in my painting studio, and we were just assigned our final for the semester.

And it was, I don't even remember.

It was just, like, open.

You had, like, six weeks or something.

And it was just make whatever.

And I was just, like, so stumped on I didn't know what to paint.

Like, I had been just, like, investing so much time in this cross stitch.

And then I was talking to one of my friends.

And we were just, like, talking about the assignment, like, What could I do? And then she was like, what if you just like made a really big cross stitch? And I had been like thinking about it, but I was just like, I just don't know like how it would look like, You know, it's like with the small ones, you can, they're so easy to like plan and visualize, especially with this like website that like converts it for you.

And you can see it as like this low res pixelated image and like imagine it in thread.

So I just didn't know how it was going to look.

like how I was even going to do it, but I was like, okay, yeah, I have six weeks.

Like I'll just try to do it.

And I had built a three by four foot like stretcher bar for a painting.

And I got like, I don't even know what it's called.
