53-Caution from Abandoning the Qur’ān

الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وأصحابه أجمعين أما بعد in our previous classes we were reading in the chapter the author he mentioned حفظه الله تعالى أمثال القرآن أمثال القرآن the parables in the Qur'an and this is all related to that which has preceded likewise about the tremendous effect that the Quran has on the hearts of the people.

But that requires for a person to surrender and to submit.

And it requires for a person to bring his heart and ponder and reflect and to ask Allah and beg Him to benefit.

from the recitation and from that which he is reading.

So the purpose of the parables and the examples as we have seen is to reflect and to ponder and to take admonition and to fear Allah and to love Him and to revere Him and to obey Him.

In public and in private.

In public and in private.

In this manner, through pondering and reflecting, understanding these parables specifically, and likewise the Qur'an in general, a person, he will be able, by the permission of Allah, to purify his soul and to rectify his heart.

And in this manner, the Qur'an will be a healing for him.

from all of these diseases.
