And, and you know, that really, that ability to, to get up and to share and to educate, especially in our industry, plays very well.

Because, like you said, anytime you can be at the front of the room, then you gain an audience.

And so I think having that ability for our, you know, originating office, uh, officers, the loan officers here that are listening, having that ability is important.And being able to do that is important.

And, you know, looking at that, you know, people always think about if they stand in front of the room, and videos is another thing, recording a video, that they're terrified.

What's your tip? Because stand-up to me is probably one of the most terrifying things, doing stand-up comedy.

[laughs] Um, so you know what, for our audience listening, what is a tip to be able to kind of calm those nerves when you're, you're standing up in, in front of a crowd, no matter what you're talking about?

Because with comedy, timing is very important, the way you say a word, hitting the exact right word.

Some people can go up there and wing it, and play off the crowd, and they're just naturally funny.

But even no matter what you're talking about, I mean, if you're talking about, you know, basis points or something [laughs] that is, uh-

... uh, you know, not quite as exciting, uh, you know, y- I, I think being comfortable with the material that you know.

If, if any of us, and we've all spoke in front of people, the most nervous we've probably been is when we're not super confident in what we're talking about.

And we're a little nervous about, you know, the message and, and hitting everything properly.

So, uh, knowing the material that you're going to, uh, talk about is I- to me, the number one thing that will make you a little more comfortable doing it.

If you're going up in front of a group of realtors, you better know what you're saying.

And, and you know, that really, that ability to, to get up and to share and to educate, especially in our industry, plays very well.
