Yeah.

Um, you know, most of these state organizations, it's a core group.

I mean, they might have 50 or 100 members.

They might ha- get people, you know, they might get 50 or 100 people to come to an event.

But it's generally five to eight people that kind of do all of the work.

Uh, and but just what a, what a difference they can make, uh, in their state being able to, um, you know, put on an event, um, whether it's the advocacy side, right? Deal with, uh, a different, uh, congressional or, uh, government leaders.

Um, and then, you know, be able to organize education and all that sort of thing.

So just in kind of a highlight, what are the things that people should be aware of as far as the changes that are happening right now with condos?
