Hello beautiful māmā! This is our TWENTY-FIRST episode! Cannya believe it! On today's ep: \- Bex has a big boy now. Find out how she celebrated her now four-year-old on his big day. \- Mums and…
But if you listen to our last episode, a lot of it we were talking about mental load as mothers and what we can do to kind of help ease the stress of the long list of the to-do list.
And Bex's big advice was to literally physically write a list and keep it in the kitchen.
Mm-hmm.
I haven't done that, but I do have a little
doobie doobie that I could maybe suggest.
Okay.
If writing a physical list isn't for you, which is what I tried during the week.
list.
Oh,
a
to-do list.
But then it's a matter of going into your phone and finding your to-do list.
Every time you say, hey Siri, I'm not going to lie, I'm stressing out that my phone is probably going to stop recording.
Oh
no.
Should we check? you're the one that keeps saying it hey what's the code name hey sis hey sis but I thought and I started doing that this week and I really enjoyed it because what I find with a to-do list is my hands are probably full at the time or there's I'm walking somewhere I'm pushing something I'm lifting something totally and so your phone's kind of always there and so if it's just in your pocket or your bag or whatever it can hear you and then you don't actually have to touch anything
that's a really good shout because um Often because you're carrying or doing something at the time, yeah, it's just like gone.
It's gone.
I honestly, in the car yesterday, I was like, that's really good.
Don't forget that.
Yeah.
And I got home and I was like, what was that thing? We'll never know.
