So a police officer for me have to be better paid and he need to have some security that the bosses or the people that is taking care of him and his family will have only his mind on making a good job, you know, of working and be concentrated in what you are doing daily.

But if that police officer is thinking in depth, if a child of him is sick, if several things happen in his mind, he will not be focused on his work.
