The Mindful U Podcast is about traveling, and where we're going to travel today is we're going to travel back in time, and we're gonna travel present, and we're gonna travel into the future, because we have a time traveler with us today.

I listened to you talk on podcast, and so I have tingles in my body, uh, because, uh, when I come across someone at your quality, uh, it's really a, a tingling experience for me, and I pray that it will be a tingling experience for the audience.

Uh, uh, there's something going on here, and the, and the main title is The Drunk and...

So on the one hand we have the saint, which is, like, holy, spiritual kinda person, and then you have the drunk is, like, n- not responsible, not spiritual, w- you know.

And so there's a relationship now you're gonna create, and then your tagline is, "A guide," not the guide, which I like, it's, "A guide, uh, to making the big decisions in your life." And so, boy, that's a catchy title.

Uh, uh, you're a graduate from Stanford University, which makes you, uh, one of those top educated kinda people.

Uh, you had, you have another degree in transformational work at the theological university or theological place in Seattle.

Seattle, Seattle University's, uh, which is a Jesuit school, School of Theology and Ministry, which is sadly defunct, but I got a degree in transformational leadership from that, from that school, and it was a great experience.

You're combining history, and when I said history, uh, you sent me back into history in my research.

You sent me back to the 1500s in Spain, and there's a fella there, uh, Ignatius of Loyola, who you've referenced a lot.

So I figure, well, I better look up this fella, uh, to make sure I have a clear understanding.

And, and I really enjoyed that, because I'm in the transcendental business, the transcendental psychology business, and that's the business where you have this human consciousness looking at this reality in front of you and trying to figure out, is there a relationship or a nature to my human consciousness and the way I experience the reality outside of myself? And with my research into Ignatius, boy, that's what the fella's talking about all the time.

You have a different way of saying it, uh, but I'm excited to, uh, have you on the podcast.

And we'll start with just a little, a little bit of background, uh, how you got on the spiritual journey, because this is the Mindfulness Podcast.

We're in through, we're, we're interested in the, in the power of the Holy Spirit in people's lives.

No, no, it's, it's, it's here." Uh, so how did you get in touch with the Holy Spirit and take us out.
