Feeling Behind? Find Contentment with Jamie Varon

I have to say, honestly, I absolutely loved reading your book.

It was so calming.

And I would say one of the most relatable pieces I've ever read.

I think a lot of us are very anxious these days.

And so it just put me at ease.

And so I am so excited to share it with our listeners today because I know they're going to love it.

I literally could cry.

So I'm so happy to hear that.

I mean, that's the thing that I wanted the most was I didn't want someone to read the book and feel you know, I've read these kinds of books and I walk away feeling so stressed out.

Like, oh my God, I have so much to do now.

Cause I'm not, you know, they've given me this huge list of 300 pages of things I haven't done yet.

And I just, I was like, I want to write the opposite of that.

Where like you walk away just feeling like, actually I'm good.

Like I have some things I want to work on, but I'm doing really good.

That was like the main thing.

So that really makes me happy to hear that.

That is so true.

It's less about, oh, here's all the lists of habits that you need to adopt.

It's more so, hey, be grateful with where you are today and what you've already accomplished and just let go of all the anxieties that I think we go into things trying to complete things or we enter things with all these things on our back.

And your book just kind of let me let go of those things.

And, you know, there's one chapter where you talk about letting go of control.

And I think that related, I related to that the most.

So I'm actually super honored to have received an early copy of your book.

And I am so excited for other people to dive in and, and see what happens.

You know, you talk about that in your book, you're going to let go of control and just put your book out there and see how it's received and don't go into it with expectations, which I think is very smart.
