The Broncos win a game, the first game of the 2026 season, beating the Jacksonville Jaguars 20-13 at home.

A 17 unanswered points by the Broncos helped them come back and beat the Jaguars on Sunday.

This game looked very reminiscent of something we would see from the Broncos in the 2025 season, a major come-from-behind win.

The Broncos offense really struggled to score in the first half, even though they outgained the Jaguars in yards 188-153.

Seven out of the ten penalties on the day for Denver occurred all in the first half.

What also hurt the Broncos is that they were stopped at the one yard line starting out first and goal from the one.

And just trying to run the ball with J.K. Dobbins three separate times did not work.

Later, Bo Nix would throw an interception, a head-scratching interception at that, straight to Jaguars corner Jordan Lewis.

It was supposed to be for Cortland Sutton, and the route really never was open.

I don't know if Bo... just thought that it was gonna be open, had to be open as soon as he snapped the ball.

And unfortunately, that interception did lead to three points for the Jacksonville Jaguars, and they were able to lead 10-3 at the half.
