David RaynorGuestThe Autistic WomanHostWhen did you learn you're ADHD, and what was happening in your life that led you to get a diagnosis?

I was in my mid-30s, 30, well, early 30s, 32, so about longer than I care to think about ago, f- 10, 15 years.

But I hadn't ever gone to get it checked out, and pretty much as soon as I walked into the, the doctor's office, the psychiatrist office, he was like, "Oh, you, I think you have ADHD."

Once I told them, they were, they were like, "Oh, yeah, we thought you probably had ADHD, but we didn't want you to be labeled."

"So we never pursued it and never told you about it." That would've been good to know a long time ago.
