I used to say that the module two will be divided in this vision to lead.

The module one will explain that why it is necessary to have a strategic foresight.

And as Nelson said, in fact, the world became more and more complex.

I used to say that the Go game won against the chess game.

a governing or political one, a geostrategic one, a military one, social one, economic one, law one, and so on.

And so that make a world very complex.

First complex geopolitically, as Nelson said, with the return of powerful states and the use of force, at the expense of law and multilateralism gradually being established within the United Nations.

Economically complex with globalization, which puts business and workers in competition with those on the other side of the world.

Social and human complex, with a constant possibility of comparing one's lifestyle and standard of living with that of all the societies around the world as a resulting migratory phenomena.

Knowledge complex with the immediacy and proliferation of information and fake news in the media and on social media.

politically complex in democratic countries with a loss of citizen confidence in their political leaders and a tendency toward populism.

Adding to this complexity, is a dizzying acceleration that requires strategic decisions to be made even more quickly.

Economically, in particular, the pace of markets has accelerated considerably and new technology, AI of course, can impose radical transformation on entire sectors of activities.

This situation is pushing decision makers towards immediacy in an increasing volatile and uncertain world, which requires them to have a long-term strategic vision.

That is the reason why it is imperative that decision makers have a strategic foresight analysis method to acquire this vision.
