I got invited to Mar-a-Lago | Ep. 215

So I want to go to the title.

Should I go to Mar-a-Lago? That's weird, huh? I'll give a little backstory so that it makes a little more sense.

So my friend, our friend, James O'Keefe, shot me a text message today.

He said, Matt, I'm throwing an event at Mar-a-Lago.

It's something for his, I think it's for citizen journalism or whatever it is.

It's at Mar-a-Lago.

It's in November.

And he said, I'd love to have you there.

Do you want to come down? And some of you guys are going, well, I don't.

James O'Keefe, is that like, okay, wait, what's going on at Mar-a-Lago? Is that the enemy? Are they the enemy? Are they not the enemy? Dude, I don't know.

All I know is I personally like James.

I think he's really interesting.

I think that he aligns more with the way we think than you think.

And I think he's out there doing what he thinks is best.

I do believe that.

I think he's at times very critical of what this administration is doing.

I think he also picks moments that he does like.

I think he's kind of fair.

And I've met a bunch of team.

I like them too.

Steve, I like him.

So they invited me to come down to Morilago to attend this gala.

And I'm thinking if I should go or not.

What do you guys think? Because I'm sure that a lot of the people that are going to attend are either from this kind of donor class or Or it will be these people that they call independent journalists, although there are not many truly independent journalists left in the world any longer.

And a lot of them will be these guys that get paid to shill and sigh up on the internet, probably.
