And she did yoga to help her recover from a medical injury she sustained while serving our military.

And She knew that exercise was going to be an out for me, but as polite Southern women do, she waited for me to come to her, which is completely foreign to my head being in new England.

So I, I had, A memory of CBS Sunday Morning with Leslie Stahl, she did a feature on Rock Steady Boxing well over a year ago, and for some reason it stayed in my brain and I remembered it.

And one day when I was literally laying on the couch, I was like, wait, what was that thing about exercise with Parkinson's? And that led me to the computer to search.

And my father-in-law, who had gone to South Carolina to assist with his medical care, was now my caregiver and driving me back and forth, drove me one hour to the gym, stayed for an hour and a half, drove me one hour home three times a week until I regained the ability to drive myself.

And then about two months later, I was driving, and I realized that I was singing along to the radio.

And I knew it at the time, so I pulled over and I listened to the song again, and I really just allowed myself to enjoy the moment and enjoy the song.
