And so what do you think were some of the hurdles that that why like why other people don't take the sleep?

I think to an extent, we don't even know that it's possible, right? Because we hear from other people that you need to get a good job, get education, follow the rules, wait for your turn.

So I think a lot of people either don't realize it's possible or don't want to take a risk of maybe looking foolish or hearing a no.

I think there's a lot of it's a taken for granted assumption that you climb a corporate ladder.

And yet it's in a time period where like the corporate ladder kind of existed in a time when people would work for a company for 40 years.

So people are still trying to climb the corporate ladder, but they're climbing it, but switching to other ladders along the way.

But they're still like, trying to do that straight shot and sort of and fitting themselves into a container instead of building the walls around them themselves like the you know whatever that box is that they're going to fit into they're not creating their own box they're still going for some description that they think they think sounds appealing and is within their their reach

It's going to be really hard to win and create what you want for yourself if you're trying to do that.

But instead of waiting five years to get noticed, instead of, oh, you know, you have to be here two years before we talk about a promotion, they have a completely different approach, which is think and act like an entrepreneur to win the corporate game.

Ask yourself, what do I really want? What is my timeline and how can I make it a reality? And you will be surprised how often that's all it takes to make that jump, whether it's inside of a company or you're going elsewhere or for some of my clients starting a side hustle.
