My Summer Faves (plus Wreath Season Dates!) ☀️

And so the thing that has saved me from there being no routine is I'm saying no a lot.

Just like I said at the beginning of summer, I'm saying no to protect my peace.

Switching gears, how are things at Sweetwater World? We're cruising.

I mean, it's our busiest time of the year there.

We have just done just unbelievable wedding work lately that Ellis and Erin are leading the charge on.

I've designed a lot with them this summer, but I can't hold a candle to them.

And it's been fun to see all our events come to life because we spend...

For us, it's like the week arrives and we're like, oh my God, it's so-and-so's wedding this week.

How fun.

And It's been months in the making for us to get to that point.

And so Tracy's doing an amazing job.

The whole team is just, there's such good team synergy this year and it feels really, really good.

Shop's busy.

I am forever just trying to figure out how to merchandise a shop and as a girl who's not a shopper.

So thank goodness for Erin.

She's so talented there.

And then on Kaylin Sheik's stuff, scheduling some keynotes for the year, working on my media kit.

And really just trying to decide like what's a yes and what's a no.

If you read my sub stack this week, I wrote a lot about undervaluing myself.

I think I'm having kind of a reckoning with how my time is being spent just in the last few weeks.

I don't know what shifted.

I think it's me looking at my November.

It's looking at Reese's season and how many nights I'm on the road in November and how many nights I haven't put the kids to bed this summer because I'm teaching groups or I'm speaking or something.

And what kind of revenue is that driving for us? Because I think one of the lines in my sub stack was like, how many of us are just getting busier and busier just to share our busyness? I am having a reckoning with this.

Like I'm learning that the growth isn't about adding more and more and more on my plate.
