“Know Your Enemy!” - Part 3 (Calvary’s Victory)

Beloved, in part three of Know Your Enemy, we're going to bring to a close the commentary that we began to glean from in part one, entitled Satan and His Kingdom, The Warfare With Satan, and The Way to Victory.

And while we follow the Holy Spirit's guidance as He leads us into all truth, the spotlight is being placed on the scriptural understanding that we are in a war, a spiritual war that is of the greatest magnitude and much more formidable than any physical war waged in the earth.

In Ephesians 6:10-13, we are given critical insight to the spiritual warfare that we are up against and how we can be certain to appropriate the victory that has already been won in our Savior and Lord, Yeshua HaMashiach, Jesus the Messiah.

It is written, "Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might.

Put on the full armor of God that you may be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Therefore, take up the full armor of God that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything to stand firm." Beloved, the spiritual entities that war against us are very real.

We cannot see them with our natural eyes, but when operating in the discernment of the Holy Spirit, they are exposed, as are their schemes and devices which they have been commissioned by their general Satan to unleash against the legitimate children of God.

These demonic forces are malevolent, and they are purposed to rob, kill, and destroy as many as they can.

And therefore, the people of God must remain alert and mindful of their tactics, staying protected at all times by the armor of God and His unadulterated word of truth that heralds the victory against the enemy that has already been won in the finished work of the Lamb of God, in His blood atonement sacrifice on Calvary's cross and sealed in glorious resurrection power.

And on that forever settled in heaven eternal life pronouncement, we pick up where we left off with Satan and his kingdom, the warfare with Satan, and the way of victory.
