Did you despair, my dear listneners? Did you... doubt? By popular demand, one single mama (Justine) is here and she brought along the much beloved guest, KEVIN THE HUSBAND into the hot seat to talk…
So listeners, we had such a great response with Kevin's segment for how he approaches meal prep that through popular demand we're going to be introducing a new segment called Kevin's Approach to Toddler Outings.
So to give you a little bit of context, my dear listeners, Kevin is four for four for planning extremely excellent low pressure but high energy toddler activities in the last four weeks.
So we are in a little bit of a, a smaller town, so sometimes you may think that, you know, we have some limited options for what might be available for a, you know, family friendly activity.
Would you say that's fair?
Yeah, I think that's fair.
But Kevin, through ingenious methods, uh, which he will detail, has been able to go four for four for the last, uh, month on fun weekend activities.
So for one of these we went to the airplane, uh, the recreational airplane museum exhibit.
I'm not sure.
I'm sure there's a better way to explain that.
So it's a Hydrodome.
So it's a local Hydrodome where local flight enthusiasts can, uh, can, uh, store their planes and take off from there and do some local flying.
You know, think very small planes, like old planes, uh, and, uh, like s- planes that hold maybe one or two people.
And they had an open door where they were showing all those planes, and some of them were 100 years old.
So you know, it's a, it's a functioning Hydrodome who was having a, a exhibit for that one day.
10 out of 10.
Could you remind me of the name? It was at cultural event.
So the festival that we went to is called, uh, Festival Terre Ferme by the organization Erable et Source.
It's their sixth edition.
And then the third event that we did, we went to go see the Valleyfield Cégep soccer team one Sunday afternoon.
Super fun.
I think this was maybe our son's first time seeing live sports that close.
Yes, and he was very excited.
Yes.
He, he was ready actually to, uh, go start kicking the ball as well.
