And, you know, while we're all happy and stupendously excited for the fact that the Knicks are coming back home up free nothing, one can only think about what could have been if the New York Rangers had been good enough where they had made the playoffs.
Even if the team had been somewhat decent and squeezed their way in, it would have been a really nice compliment to seeing Jalen Brunson, Carl Anthony Towns, Michael McCall Bridges, and the rest of the crew in the New York Knicks taking over the basketball realm.
It would have been nice to have had that complimented with a Rangers playoff run.
But alas, you know, sometimes it's the title in our chat likes to mention the rule of the garden, where if the Knicks are good, the Rangers suck.
