Julie YoungHostA new book that just came out, Flip the Script, that you wrote, and, uh, we really are excited to share this with you.
We really think the principles that you have put together with this, we think are just great on how we can help ourselves set our minds free, but also how we can help in relationship with our spouses and with our kids.
So we're gonna first start, we're gonna take you back, I'm gonna take everyone back to the high school gym.

Every early morning practice and every late night drill boiled down to this one shot." You'd just gotten fouled, and you had a one-on-one.
So you're down by one, and if you miss that shot the game's over, right? 'Cause there's no, no, n- not much time-
So you took a deep breath, lifted the ball, released the shot, and you wanna hear one thing and one thing only when you shoot a free throw, and that's what, Bill?
