Chris SadlerGuestChris StriegelHostScottyHostBut it's interesting, like, I think people, like, we asked Mark if he could break three, and he was like, maybe if I trained for it.
But, like, it is interesting, like, backyard ultra is, like, a totally different sport.
Because, like, this guy, 232 marathoner, and Mark, like, said he probably couldn't break three.
most interesting things, I really want to ask Mark about this, but the team aspect of that race is quite interesting because it...
You know, if it was all these people going into this individually, I don't think that a lot of those...
Cause it was all about like, you have to have a lot of people in order to get the highest point ratio.
And if it weren't against other people and it weren't a team, I guarantee you it would have been like just every other backyard ultra with two to three people at lap 80.
Cause like, I feel like, you know, people have a lot more to give, but when they're at like 70 to 80, they're like, I'm not beating this dude.
And they're like, I'm not going to break my soul for this.
But when they're like, okay, my team needs me for another 10.
If all eight of us stay for another 10, that's 80 points.
that.
I definitely think that that's the reason why there are that many people, unless there's that many talented backyard people.
And we just don't know about it because that sport or not sport, but that like genre of running is like extremely slept on.
