Who was he looking for right as he looked around his shoulder with 250 to go? He was just assessing the field.

He was just trying to figure out, all right, where am I in comparison to everyone else? What, you know, who do I have to maneuver around? That sort of thing.

He, he, he wants to, uh, but he has to talk to his team about what's the smart thing to do moving forward.

'Cause if you remember in Birmingham, I think he wanted to do both races as well, and Filip Ingebrigtsen was basically like, [laughs] look, he said there's no way you can do both.

And for this one, Henrik Ingebrigtsen, he also gave us a great interview in the mix zone.

He's a little worried about, okay, is there gonna be too much stress on him? He doesn't want any sort of setback or injuries after all the...

And he also mentioned that after Birmingham, after the 5K, he was really wiped.

So certainly there are questions, you know, how is his recovery going to go? But yes, Jakob wants to run.

I think it's a question of is it the smart thing to run? He has also signed up for the World Road 5K next week in Copenhagen.

To get to Rojo's big question about why doesn't he push the pace in the 5K, it was interesting because I, I tried to be respectful, 'cause obviously his tactics in the 5K, I would run them exactly the way he runs it.

He's got the best kick, so why would you lead? It doesn't make sense if you want to win gold medals.

But he sort of criticized others for not leading and saying, you know, the 1500, he wants to be the one pushing the pace.

So yes, I asked him why he doesn't do that in the 5K, and he didn't totally answer it.

He's just like, "Well, I'm trying to maximize performance, and I don't really like training for the 5K.
