I want to talk about the industry as a whole a little bit and some of the trends that are out there right now.

What are some of the tech changes you're seeing? AI infrastructure growth or any other tech changes that are out there right now?

The past 15 years in construction, I think, has been, we've seen a lot of change.

There's been a big boom in construction technology, but a lot of contractors still have Joe, who's on site, who doesn't have a cell phone and doesn't need technology.

We're trying to adapt and change, but there's people out there right now that we have to cater to.

There's nothing wrong with his approach, but we also have to think about what his perspective is or her perspective with not wanting to change, not wanting to use technology, but we can still make their lives easier.

A lot of them are actually hiring heads of AI, heads of information, heads of data.

But I am seeing a little bit of a bifurcation with contractors either going back to their core business right now or going all in into innovation and technology and AI.

there's different areas of robotics that are working their way into construction.

And some of it is new machinery, and some of it is whether it be drones or whether it be processes that can be automated.

I see our contractor client base is open to considering new means of technology, but it's in, you know, construction is sort of old school, right? It's people out on jobs and doing work, but they're trying to find a balance between how they can improve processes through technology while they have people on the ground doing what they

That's so much more data that the construction companies are collecting then with all those different tools.

How should they be managing this data? How are your clients managing this data?

That's something that we're both doing in-house and we advise our clients to do.
