Can we do it? [upbeat music]
Did you watch that clip I sent you of the caterpillar cakes? [laughs]
[laughs]
I did.
I loved it.
[laughs] It was so random.
Please, [laughs] share the details.
So, if you haven't seen it, I keep thinking his name is Michael Bolton, but I don't think that's who he is.
Wait, wait, tell me, how viral has this gone? Because I've only seen it from you.
I haven't seen it show up on my own feed.
This has got ...
This video, if you haven't seen it, it's Michael, Michael Bolton, Michael Barrymore, reviewing caterpillar cakes.
And-
Yes
... it's gone so viral that the BBC did an article about the dangers of the implications of what he did in this video.
So- [laughs]
What? [laughs]
If you haven't seen it, it's so funny.
It's him sitting in his car-
Yeah
... and he's like, "Okay, like, I got these five caterpillar cakes.
I'm gonna-
Yeah
... see which one is the best." And he's gonna-
He, he's rating all the caterpillar cakes from the various supermarkets.
[laughs]
And you think, "Oh yeah, gonna have a little ...
He's gonna ...
He has the five caterpillar cakes.
The next scene is probably gonna be him in his kitchen, cutting up the caterpillar cakes, and he's gonna have a slice." No, no, no.
Yeah.
He stays in the car, eats these five caterpillar cakes whole.
I ...
But- [laughs]
Yeah
...
the way he bites into it like a baguette, he just like, [laughs] two hands, caterpillar, hum.
[laughs]
[laughs]
And you're like, oh, at one point he's gonna put it down.
Oh.
Now, I'm sure he put half of it down in the space of it and did little videos, but when you wa- he eats the whole ...
It looks like he eat, he's eating all five-
Yeah, the entire
... caterpillar cakes.
Yeah.
The whole group.
In one of them, he eats it, he starts from the middle and eats it like, um-
[laughs]
I don't know, like if you had a, if you were holding a hot dog and you just bit into it from the center and went left to right.
Or a watermelon.
Yeah, like a, like a watermelon, like ... [laughs] Or corn on the cob.
[laughs]
That's exactly how he eats it, like a corn on the cob, but a full caterpillar.
[laughs] Not like a caterpillar cake.
[laughs]
And then he just reaches over the steering wheel and just like, "That's a bit dry, I need a cup of tea," and just like has a little sip of his tea that he somehow has-
Yeah
...
in the car.
[laughs] That was my favorite bit, [laughs] was the cup of tea.
And then he reviews it.
Um, and it's so funny, all the comments I think is what makes it so gas.
Oh, go on, I didn't go deep.
[laughs] They're like, "I was just scrolling, never did I think he was going to eat five-
[laughs]
... entire caterpillar cakes." Like, at what point is he gonna stop, stop? That's like 10,000 calories, and then they all just wrap their heads around it.
But it went so viral, and it's such a funny thing to see.
But the-
Yeah
...
BBC then did an article about it, because in one of the clips he's wearing his Meta glasses and-
Oh.
Yeah, and he's like filming him in the supermarket buying the caterpillar cakes, and-
Yeah
... people recognize him, and they're chatting to him, and they're all in the video.
And he's like, "Oh, I'm filming it on my Meta glasses." And it's like, ooh, is that-
Oh.
They were saying it's, it's highlighting that, you know, we, that that shouldn't be so easy to do and that you shouldn't be able to film people without their knowledge and consent and then put it up on the internet.
Oh, 100%.
Like, so scary to think that there are people out there walking around with cameras recording constantly on their glasses.
I'm not gonna be able to trust p- people with glasses anymore.
Ugh, four eyes, get out of here.
[laughs]
But there is also a part two to the caterpillar cake phenomenon, so I would go and have a little stalk.
It will make you laugh.
[laughs]
Is it more cakes? [laughs] Does he trying more caterpillars? Because yeah, there's- there's many, many, many more supermarkets with caterpillar cakes.
I don't think Dunnes do.
Surely they do.
You can continue.
You could travel around the world eating caterpillar cakes.
[laughs]
Delicious.
