Alex Light

Hello and welcome to Life with Nat.

Today I am joined, I'm really, really excited by the wonderful Alex Light.

I've followed Alex on Insta for a very long time and her posts and conversations have always bolstered me up when I feel low and she talks so beautifully and eloquently about body positivity.

She has a wonderful book called You Are Not a Before Picture, which was a Sunday Times bestseller.

One of my favorite follows, and I don't like to spend time on Instagram or social media at all, but one of my favorite follows, check her out.

Her name is Alex Light, L-I-G-H-T.

She is a body confidence expert or does a lot of that work.

You know, she has so many really good conversations around culture and weight and being a woman.
