I would say find one person that you don't have too much shame to tell the truth to.

There's something that they say in AA circles or 12-step circles, they talk about rigorous honesty.

And I think that's what that means, like just truly being upfront about everything.

And if you don't have at least one person in your life that you can do that with, it's going to be really hard to pull yourself out of it.
And when you're in that stage of addiction, you've shut a lot of people out.
