And when I sold it in 2019, that's when we basically launched Deliverstat and started servicing other people.

I think it's so important, and we're going to get to this later on, of understanding the problem.

I think that's a lot what people can take away from hopefully all of these conversations is the one who understands the problem the most ultimately can probably get to the solution fastest.

So what were some of those when you were in the pharmacy business, what were some of those pain points from the logistics side that you were experiencing in an outsourced model?

If there was an issue, something got lost, something delivered to the wrong house, it just became a nightmare.

And we were using different courier companies, tried a few out and just didn't quite work.

When I looked at it, I said, you know, the most important thing about this space of delivering medications to patients, which is a huge market, is the integration piece, right? The PMS platforms are the gatekeepers.

So the Pioneers, the BestRx, the RX30s, the PrimeRx, all these softwares that are used by these pharmacies are being able to integrate with them seamlessly without creating any friction for the end user, which is the pharmacy, and also providing frictionless delivery to the end user of the patient, and then providing all the compliance documentation that's needed for auditing, which you have to store for up to 10 years record keeping in our industry.

Going back into the system, two way integration, not one way, which is what a lot of people have.

So my mindset was I'm going to create Rx Mile as the monopoly in this space by making sure that I create seamless, frictionless integration with every platform out there for pharmacies.

We actually got acquired by one of the largest red cell technologies, which is pretty much buying up a lot of our industry, but that has put us in a real good position today.

I'm kind of a consultant now, but my team is still running and operating the whole entity underneath Red Sail, but it's put us in an amazing position where we are now the gatekeeper in a sense, and not wanting to keep the gate.
