We are starting out with one of my personal favorites.

Number one, the tacos.

The street tacos, you know, you've got some chicken, you've got some maybe carne asada, you've got the pico de gallo.

Just picture in your head with all of these is your favorite version of these things.

Tacos and kind of that Mexican flavor palette in general has almost ascended to the level of pizza for me where I can eat it almost indefinitely.

So, gosh, man, I hate to do this so early.
