We were having a conversation just the other day about defining success and like why that's really important.
So now we're going to kind of bridge into some of that, like, you know, operational business and type topics and stuff.
And, you know, how do you see what is the most important thing when you're looking? Well, I guess it's a leading question because I'm getting into like we talked about again, like how do you define success? Like how do you look at success when you're giving advice like in teaching at the school or at the university and you're telling people like you've got to define success? Like why? Like why is that so important?

Yeah, that's something I started doing in my entrepreneur class because – When you ask people, why do you want to be an entrepreneur? Why do you want to own your own business? And I would get the classic answers every year.

And I would tell them, hey, listen, if you want guaranteed income, weekends off, guaranteed holidays, insurance, stability, if you want to sacrifice all that, go be an entrepreneur.
Right.
If you want to give up your health, lose all your hair.
And because

And I think a lot of times people don't realize the benefits they have when they when they work for somebody.

All the thing, all these intangible things you don't see happening that allows you to work for somebody.
