Welcome back to the Kenneth Copeland Podcast! In Episode 3, Brother Copeland and his granddaughter, Courtney Copeland, answer questions from Partners and share powerful, faith-building moments from…
Joshua from Fort Worth, Texas asked, "How did you learn to discern between the voice of God and just hearing other random voices in your mind?"
And you have to practice that, 'cause I don't wa- I don't want to get it all fouled up and know the difference between the two.
I'd go in my closet and pick up a pair of socks or something, and hold them up here like that.
I'd say, "Father, which would you have, have me wear? The red ones or the, the, the blue ones or whatever?" Whatever.
Now, one thing that made it, that made it easy for me, oh, let's say I'm flying across the country, and I'm, I'm sitting here and, uh, somebody's over there in, in the right seat with me.
And I told Gloria, I said, "This, uh, walking by faith and not by sight," I said, "I already know how to do that." She said, "How?" Because I said, "I'm an instrument pilot, and I use my checklist.
And, uh, then, uh, that, uh, ministering spirits, lift us up, lest we dash our first self against a stone, in all of our ways according to the 91st Psalm.
And bless our partners all over the world, and, and, and, and, and." But first, if I'm riding, first, absolutely, without fail, every time, every time.
And Courtney, so much of the things when I learned how to fly, there were no simulators like there are now.
And I would notice that I would, I'd be shaving and things would dawn on me.
Hmm." Well, transferred that over, and then I began to give away and sew clothes and things to people.
